All bookings should be made in advance as our spa is very popular.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all non-resident bookings.
Full pre-payments for special offer rates are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of commencement will incur a 100% charge for both hotel residents and day guests.
Please arrive at the spa lounge on the second floor at least 5 minutes prior to your spa treatment to complete a health questionnaire.
For anyone arriving late we cannot guarantee the full treatment time. The full treatment cost will still be payable.
Please make us aware on booking if are pregnant or breast feeding, have limited mobility, suffer from any allergies or medical conditions.
Certain medical conditions may prevent you from using the spa facilities or having certain treatments.
We may require a doctor's note if you are suffering from or being treated for any of the following conditions:
Cancer, Heart Conditions, High/Low Blood Pressure, Recent surgery (12 weeks), Diabetes, Epilepsy or Mental Illness.
Please note that the spa facilities are accessed by a flight of stairs.
The sauna, steam room and hot tub are not available to anyone under 16 years of age. Under 16's must be supervised in the swimming pool.
Treatments are not available for anyone under 16 years of age.
What to Wear
Robes & Slippers will be provided for hotel residents, spa days & half day packages.
We recommend arriving for your treatments in your robes with underwear or dry swimwear underneath.
Please remove any damp swimwear before arriving for treatments.
Please remove jewellery prior to using the spa or having treatments.
