Your Stay

Check-in is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and check-out by 11am on the day of departure.

Spa facilities are available from 8am - 8pm for residents, please book a time slot to ensure an enjoyable time in the spa. 60 minute spa use slot must be prebooked - please contact the reception team. Depending on availability on the day, we can of course offer longer that the one hour slot down in the facilities- please check with reception during your stay.

Please note all our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

All rooms include Dinner in our award winning Grafene Restaurant please contact the hotel in advance for a reservation. Full Derbyshire breakfast from 8am - 10.00am. We serve a fresh daily a-la-carte dinner, including vegetarian & vegan options between 6.00pm and 8.30pm.

Children under 2 years are welcome to stay free of charge. Z beds can be added to selected rooms for an additional fee of £35.

If you have an allergy, please advise us prior to your stay so we can change for hypoallergenic bedding.

We have a number of dog friendly rooms which  are subject to availability. Please request at time of booking. Please note there is a £20 surcharge per dog. Dogs are most welcome in the dog friendly rooms and grounds, but not in the hotel public areas.

Don't forget that all our resident guests can enjoy complimentary use of our indoor swimming pool and terrace sauna & hot tub. Just ring down to reception if you'd like refreshments while you're on the terrace loungers.

Please note, there is a £50 per hour late checkout fee from 11am until 12pm. After this time (unless previously agreed) a further night’s accommodation will be charged.

Any damage to bed linen, towels, furniture or carpets will incur a fee at the hotel owners discretion.
