GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers make a wonderful present for any occasion. We can create vouchers for a specific amount, treatment or package.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 7 days will incur no charge. Cancellations up to 24 hours will incur 50% charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur full charge. Full pre-payments for special offer rates are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable.

MINIMUM AGE

Use of the Sauna, Steam Room and Outdoor Hot tub is not permitted to anyone under the age of 12. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool.

Spa treatments are not available for anyone under 16 years of age.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Certain medical conditions may prevent you from using the spa facilities or having certain treatments. If you have any concerns speak to a member of staff or consult your doctor before arrival.

DRESS CODE

Robes and slippers will be provided. You are welcome to arrive for your treatments wearing your robes with dry swimwear or underwear underneath. Please make sure your robes are dry and damp swimwear has been removed before leaving the spa area. All jewellery should be removed before using the spa facilities or having treatments.

Please note spa robes are not permitted in the Orangery Restaurant.
 

LOCKERS

Lockers are provided free of charge for use during your spa experience. Locker keys must be returned to reception at the end of your spa session. Lost keys will be charged at £5.

ACCESS

Our spa facilities are accessed via a flight of stairs. Please advise us prior to arrival if you have any mobility problems.
 

SPA TREATMENTS

All appointment times include a consultation, after care and changing time. Please arrive at the Spa Lounge at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time; we cannot guarantee receiving the full treatment time to anyone arriving late.

GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR DAY

Keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty of water when using the spa and after treatments. It is advisable not to consume a heavy meal or alcohol directly before or after treatments.
Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to use the spa facilities for health and safety reasons.
