Louis Theroux’s visit to Losehill House

You heard it here first...

You may recognise our recent visitor’s famous face behind the mask! Louis Theroux, national treasure and renowned documentary filmmaker, visited Losehill House last year for a blissful staycation with his family during the lockdown-free Autumn holidays.

The Peak District is the UK’s oldest National Park, and a stay at Losehill House Hotel places you at the heart of some of the best walking and outdoor activity in the country. Full of wonders and spectacular beauty, the Peak District makes for an excellent day of exploration, adventure and magical views for all the family to enjoy.

In a recent interview with Kidrated, Louis was asked “Where in the UK would you recommend to another family?”

He responded: “I’d recommend staying in a hotel for a change instead of an Airbnb, and maybe doing it in the UK.

Last Autumn, when restrictions eased up a little, we spent three nights at Losehill House Hotel and Spa in Derbyshire in the Peak District. It was the first time in ages we’d been waited on instead of self-catering. It felt like pure luxury.

Rambles through beautiful countryside, then warming up beside a fire, with cocktails and a delicious meal.”
